Year 5 News

Mr M. Copley

Hello.  My name is Mr Copley.  In class, I enjoy teaching all subjects but I have a particular interest in Maths and History.  We work hard and pay a lot of attention to extending our vocabulary.  We like to have fun in year 5 but we also know we need to work hard and try our best in everything we do.

Hello! My name is Mr Bates and I have been teaching for nearly ten years. I am passionate about inspiring all learners and I am very interested in the more creative sides of teaching. I began teaching in Brighton before moving back to my home town of Hessle. I have taught KS2 for the majority of my career and I love that age as children are ‘growing’ into who they are and have a basic understanding of humour! When I am not teaching I am lucky enough to be able to look after my two children and continue to follow another passion of mine – wedding photography.
