This week in Year 2, we have finished the Ice Monster and began reading a book about Charles Darwin’s journeys called ‘What Mr Darwin Saw’. He went to the Galápagos Islands and Brazil.
In Maths this week, we have been learning how to find a third, two-quarters and three-quarters of shapes and amounts.
In Art, we started a project with clay inspired by Andy Warhol. In Jigsaw, we learned the difference between good secrets and worry secrets. In music we learned to play the xylophone to the beat of a song.
