This week, the children have been completing their narrative work on a modern day retelling of MacBeth. We have looked at climate across the world in greater depth. Our history work on Power, Empire and Democracy has started by looking at the space race in the context of the Cold War. Religion and world views have continued to ask that big questions of what is the purpose of life according to different viewpoints? The children have also continued to develop their artistic drawing skills and programming those new micro:bits.
Next week, all of our work on the climate in Geography will continue with us considering how we are the guardians of this world. Our understanding of the cold war and the space race will also continue. More big questions will be asked about the meaning of life according to Judaism. Our science will continue to look at chemistry and what happens when chemical reactions occur. We're also looking forward to finally getting a bit of summer sunshine, enjoying PE outside and refining our performance for the school play.
