This week in class we have been asking, “How many ways can we balance?” We learned new balances called: a hallow, dish and pike. In DT, we asked, “how can we stiffen fabric?” We made different solutions, such as: gelatine, hairspray, PVA glue, sugar & water, flour & water, starch. In Forest school, we were looking for leaves to identify the different types. In Science, we were asking “What are the properties of different rocks?” We tested which rocks were permeable, or impermeable, hard, or soft.

Our “Flashback 4” questions this week were:

1.One way we use capital letters is at the beginning of sentences, what other 2 ways can we use capital letters?

2.What county do we live in?

3.Give an example of an anthropic rock.

4.Translate: Bonjour! Ca va? Ca va bien.

Next week, we’ll be asking, “What is a physical and political map?” and “How are rocks formed?”
