This week in class we have been asking: In RE, what does it mean to praise God? In history, what were medieval houses like and where did they get water from? In computing, how can I add Sprites to my Scratch program? In Maths, what coins do we have in our money system?
Our Flashback 4 Questions have been:
1. Today: In science, explain the purpose of eyebrows and eyelashes.
2. This/last week: In computing, explain what an algorithm is and where you would use one.
3.This term: In geography, what sort of buildings would you find in an urban area?
4. Last term: In history, what was Henry Ford famous for introducing in the car industry?
Next week we will be asking: In RE, why do some Christian’s say sorry in prayer? In history, what were pre-historic homes like and where did they get water from? In computing, how can I design a program on Scratch? In art, how do I make the secondary colours with water colour paints? In Maths, how do I use an analogue clock to tell the time?
Well done to everyone for taking part in Sports Day, we were very excited about it!
Next week in Phonics we will be revisiting the sounds: au, e_e and ie in words such as astronaut, complete and magpie.
