This week in class we have been asking: How do we write effective flashbacks in narrative? Can we solve problems using ratio? What were the Vikings craftsmen and traders in? How do we communicate and collaborate online? What role does the river Ganges play in a spiritual community? How does colour vision work?
Next week we will be asking…how much fun is algebra to understand? Why did the Vikings come to Britain? How does the River Ganges create a sense of spiritual community? How do we communicate around the world? What are visual impairments?
Our spelling rule next week is the sound ‘t’ and includes words like: restaurant, vegetable, constant, relative, equipped, yacht, monitor, walked, variety, construct, select, doubtless.
Year 6 have also been working hard on their handwriting and are taking great pride in their written work.
Children are free to work on whichever graduate award takes their interest.
