This week, in PE we played rounders. We were put into two teams: batters and fielders. The batters each took two turns hitting the ball, if they were successful, we had to run around the fielders and try and get all the way round. We did have some successful full laps. In Forest School, we went outside on the field and picked some flowers. We used them to create a picture. We had to poke holes into a piece of paper, which is where we would thread our flowers. We finished our design by drawing our own flowers. During our Jigsaw key piece, we were asking: ‘What choices can affect our health?’ We discussed the negative and positive effects of drugs, making sure we only take medicine from a doctor, or trusted adult. Sleep is also important to our health as well as staying hydrated. In Music, we recorded our composition for our key piece. We talked about how music can positively affect the world around us.
