This week in Year 2, we have finished reading ‘George’s Marvellous Medicine.’ Grandma drank more of George’s medicine, which made her get too small, so they couldn’t see her anymore. This made George and Mr Kranky very happy.   

This week in Year 2, we have been practicing getting quicker and recalling number bonds to 10 and 20. In PSHE, we have learned ways to save energy, such as: keeping doors and windows shut to keep the heat in, riding a bike to school instead of using fuel from the car and using solar panels and windmills for wind energy instead of factories.  

Next week, we will be asking, “Why do we celebrate Easter?”
