This week in Year 2, we have been reading 'Planet Earth'. We've learned that volcanos erupt from the crust of the Earth and when tectonic plates crash together earthquakes can happen. We also learned that the sun stays where it is in space, but all planets move round it. We also read 'The Mad scientist next door' which we will finish next week.

In Maths, we've been exchanging tens for ones to calculate subtraction questions and adding across ten.

We also had our dress rehearsal this week and had a great time going on a minibus to the church to perform for the school.
