This week in class we have been asking.... Can we use word play in poetry?  Can we convert and compare decimals and percentages?  What reading and writing existed in Roman Britain?  How do plants reproduce?  What is selection in physical computing?  What is the eightfold path?

Next week we will be asking... What do we need to include to write a biography?  How do we calculate area and perimeter?  What happens with water in North America?  Do we understand human development?  How do databases work? How have people and events in history shaped Christian diversity?  What skills help us develop our participation in invasion games?

Year 5 are now having their PE sessions on a Monday and Thursday.

Our spelling rule next week will be the sound 'm' and will include the words: mischievous, rhythm, stomach, system, temperature, solemn, immediately, recommend, programme, commit, dominant, merit, secretary, queue.
