Over the past two weeks Key Stage 2 have had the opportunity to take part in a Year 5 and 6 Football Tournament and a Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 Cross County Event.

The football tournament was split into large schools and small schools, with the winner of each going through to the next round. This is to take place at Cottingham High School later in the year. Due to Keyingham having a lot of enthusiastic children wanting to play, we entered two teams! Our two teams came First and Second in the Small Schools competition!! Well done to all who took part, great team effort!

The Cross County event was open to all of Key Stage 2. Everyone who took part gave 100% effort and crossed the finish line! The Year 3/4 girls received a 1st and 4th place! The Year 3/4 boys received a 2nd place! The Year 5/6 boys received a 1st, 8th, 10th and 12th place! The top three of each race go through to the next round at Cottingham High School. We are all super proud of their achievements!
